employers seeking candidates to fill job openings. Individuals who use the Web Site
to seek employment may do so free of charge.

This Web Site is the property of the Company. By using the site, you agree to abide
by the Terms and Conditions herein. Failure to abide by these Terms and Conditions,
including the impermissible use of the text, graphics, images, job postings and
other materials (collectively, "Materials") contained on the Web Site, is a violation
of your agreement. It may also be a violation of copyright, trademark, or other
laws in the United States and foreign countries.
The Company reserves the right to prevent, cancel or suspend any individual's, or
others' access to the Web Site. This may be on account of a violation of these Terms
and Conditions or for any other reason at the Company's sole discretion. The Company's
right to prevent, cancel or suspend access to the Web Site may be exercised without
notice to the individual, or other so affected.
Individuals seeking employment are permitted to use the Web Site solely for purposes
of posting resumes and searching for (and responding to) job postings. Main Street Staffing
authorizes you to view and download a single copy of any job posting, resume, or
other Material on this Web Site for your personal use only. You must retain all
copyright and other proprietary notices contained on such material. You may not
sell or modify the Material or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute,
or otherwise use the Material in any way for any public or commercial purpose (other
than for searching for a job for yourself).
Main Street Staffing expressly prohibits users of this site and all others from reproducing,
displaying, distributing or otherwise using any job posting, or other Material downloaded
or otherwise obtained from this Web Site on any other web site, electronic bulletin
board, or other publicly accessible site (regardless of whether access to such site
is by registration, subscription, membership or fee) on the Internet or other network.
Main Street Staffing likewise expressly prohibits users of this site from reproducing, displaying
or distributing to others batches containing fifty (50) or more job postings downloaded
or otherwise obtained from this Web Site.
Section 3. Specific Prohibit Uses of the Web Site
The Web Site may be used only for lawful purposes in accord with the restrictions
above. Thus, for example, you may not use the Web Site in order to transmit, distribute,
store or destroy material (a) in violation of any applicable law or regulation,
(b) in a manner that will infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other
intellectual property rights of others or violate the privacy or publicity of other
personal rights of others, or (c) that is libelous , obscene, threatening, abusive
or hateful. In addition, by way of non-limiting example, the Company specifically
prohibits any use of the Web Site, and requires all users to agree not to use the
Web Site, for the following:
(1) Responding to any employment opportunity for any reason
except to apply for the
job. Communications soliciting the employer's business by our
competitors are prohibited.

no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness
of the Web Site or the Material. The use of the Web Site and the Material is at

Section 5. Disclaimer of Consequential Damages.

Section 7. Limitation of Liability.
The aggregate liability for the Company to you for all claims arising from the use
of the Materials is limited to $100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, it's officers, directors,
employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including
without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from
your use of the Material or your breach of the terms of this Agreement. The Company
shall provide notice to you promptly of any such claim, suit, or proceeding and
shall assist you, at your expense, in defending any such claim, suit or proceeding.
Section 9. User Information.
The Company may use the information it obtains relating to you, including your IP
address, name, mailing address, email address and use of the Web Site, for its internal
business purposes and may disclose this information to third parties only with your
explicit permission.
Section 10. General.
This Web Site is based in Los Angeles County, California. The Company makes no claims
the Materials are appropriate or may be downloaded outside of the United States.
Access to the Materials may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries.
If you access the Web Site from outside of the United States, you do so at your
own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
This Agreement is governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of California
without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Jurisdiction for any claims
arising under this agreement shall lie exclusively with the state or federal courts
in Los Angeles County, California. If any provision of this Agreement is found to
be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision
shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which
shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall
be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Except
as expressly provided in a particular "Legal Notice," or Software License or material
on particular Web pages, this Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between
you and the Company with respect to the use of Web Site. Any changes to this Agreement
must be made in writing, signed by an authorized representative of the Company.
